Coëx 4-star campsite (Vendée)

In an area of 21 acres, you can choose to camp beside the lake or near a playground or rent a Mobil-home or a chalet.


>> Facilities

The camp site RCN La Ferme du Latois is a nice quiet family campsite that has a lot of facilities. In the restored old 19th century barn you can find the restaurant, a shop, a bar and a terrace. The snack bar offers a take-away.

On the campsite there is a toilet and shower building with a bathroom for babies and access for handicapped.

There are washing and drying machines and disposable chemical waste places.

A Supermarket is two kilometres away in the village of Coëx.
On the campsite you will find several playgrounds for children, table tennis tables, a “jeu de boules” area, a volley-ball pitch as well as two private lakes for fishing.

And what do you think of our great swimming pool with a double slide and a very high slide with exciting turns.


>> Accomodation

At the campsite there are very spacious, sunny pitches.
You can choose for a pitch with view over the lake or maybe you prefer to stay nearby a playground for the children. All pitches have electric hook up and water points are always nearby.

Chalets
We have two wonderful chalets fully equipped for 6 persons. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. The beds are equipped with single duvets for each person. Bed-linen and towels are not provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and an oven and there is a shower-room with washbasin and a separate toilet.
At the veranda you can enjoy the quietness, there is garden furniture including a table with six chairs and two recliners. In the evenings you can improve your French by watching French television.
The rent includes water, gas, electricity and local taxes. The chalets are rented from Saturday till Saturday in high season.

Mobile homes
Do you prefer camping with a roof over your head ? So choose a stay in one of our mobile homes fully equipped for four or six people. They consist of a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed and an extra bedroom with two beds (only for the six person mobile homes). There is also a kitchen with refrigerator, a shower-room with wash basin and separate toilet, garden furniture including a table with chairs, two recliners and a parasol.
All the beds are equipped with a duvet for each person. All you have to bring is bed-linen and towels. The rent includes gas, water, electricity and local taxes. The rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday in high season.


>> Activities

Young children will not be bored on our campsite.
From May to September a team organises activities for the children, like water games, cut and glue activities and dancing to music for the little ones, water polo, table tennis tournaments and so on. Or you can also participate to the slide race or the jeu de boules tournament!

You can hire bikes at the campsite on which to tour the vicinity. A visit to one of the nearby lakes or a ride to the coast is well worth wile.
When the evening falls you can make a tour around the campsite and when you are very quiet you might see a deer!
