Very nice apartment in Altea (Alicante). One of the prettiest villages in Spain. This well-equipped apartment occupies a quiet position, 100 meters from the beach and 10 min. downtown on foot.


Located in a quality residence, this model includes:
3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, plates, pans, oven, various utensils ...), a balcony and a spacious dining room and light.


Sheets and towels are also provided and included in the price

Altea is located 8 kilometers from Benidorm and a similar distance from Calpe.


Conditions:
Minimum stay of 7 days.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Departures are at 12h and arrived at 17h.


To book:
To confirm your reservation must pay 150€ as a deposit. This money will be refunded at the end of your stay.
* In case of cancellation of the reserve money will not be made, in a management concept.
The balance will be required on the day of arrival in cash.
