Facing Mont Blanc, in the beautiful Chalet Erica. Our completely renovated flat has two non-contiguous bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds (90cm wide). In addition, there is a very comfortable convertible sofa in the living room by the fireplace. Theapartment is fully equipped.

Freewifi, flat screen HD, washing machine, dishwasher etc.. Ideally located on the southfacing slope above Passy, well known for its extraordinary sunshine (nicknamed “the Little Nice”), you will be surrounded by unspoilt nature, alone facing the highest mountain in Europe. The view is stunning!

Town description
  • Our Chalet is very secluded although only a few kilometers from Passy, Station St Gervais-Le Fayet and the most beautiful ski slopes of our region. At Sallanches, multi cinema halls, bowling, museums etc.. Chamonix is only 23 kms away its 68 kms to Geneva (direct highway). The first Italian city (Courmayeur) is only 40 kms from the chalet. Shops, supermarkets nearby. Possibility of obtaining groceries delivered free of charge. Great restaurants in the area.

  • Many activities in the region for all ages: Skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, paragliding, golf, climbing, fishing, etc.. Tramway du Mont Blanc, visit a glacier on the Mer de Glace, take the cable car up to the Aiguille du Midi (4'000m), Les Gorges de la Diosaz, Gianadda Foundation (one of the best painting exhibitions in Europe), Megève, flea markets, etc.
