Situated on the Chemin de Pontet off the Route des Grandes Alpes, the chalet benefits a fabulous situation with views along and down the valley.The chalet is one of a number of chalets which were built at the same time in this well laid out and designed cul de sac. It receives sunshine all day which gives the chalet a bright and spacious feel.
The chalet is accessed via a covered area which you can drive into and gain access to the Lower Ground Level.

From the entrance hall there is access directly into the garage.
