House Caumont-sur-durance (Vaucluse) for 10 people

Farigoule Villa is a large, newly built villa in Provencal style, situated in a quiet area of 5000m² in a dead end gravel road. The mountain "Le Luberon" (Unesco World Heritage) really begins back in the garden and offers a shelter from the mistral. It is a protected nature reserve.

Birds of prey and wild boar living nearby, you can hear them from the garden. Part of the garden is an authentic, natural scrubland with wild flowers, wild thyme (farigoule), orchids and evergreen oaks.

Another part is built in the style of the area with olive trees, lavender, broom, fruit trees including fig tree and a shady mulberry. The garden is watered automatically.

Next to the private pool (5x10m) with counter-current and a depth of 1m²0 to 1m90, there is a terrace with benches.

On the north side of the house is a spacious parking with carport and a petanque terrain.

The house has 2 floors and is south oriented and offers a magnificent view of the mountain.
On the ground floor are a large comfortable dining room, a wood stove, 2 sitting areas and a kitchen that all have access to the spacious terrace and the garden through sliding doors.
The kitchen is well equipped (fridge, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, juicer,...). Besides the kitchen is a utility room with refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine.

Charcoal is prohibited because of fire in the Luberon.
A bedroom with a double bed (1x2) and a bathroom with sink and bath, you can also find on the floor.
In a separate part of the house on the northern side there is a spacious room with 2 single beds and a connecting bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and bathtub. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms (1x2, 1x2., 1x2p. 2 X1P.).

There is a toilet and a bathroom with a shower italienne and a sink.

On the spacious terrace, which covered a part, are sufficient furniture. There is electric heating throughout the house.

Farigoule is a perfect base for a very large piece of Provence, you can explore it on foot, by car or bicycle. There are wonderful routes.
